Who we are: Brendel Group at Indiana University Bloomington

This site provides a portal to our github-distributed RAMOSE workflows for computational genomics.

Our RAMOSE philosophy and promise: we make every effort to design our workflows such that a user can generate reproducible, accurate, and meaningful results; our software is open (source), scalable, and easy to use (so that a typical genome laboratory team should be able to run it). And, of course, our software should be ramose (having many branches; see also the ramosa pathway in grass genomics ...) - it's yours to use, modify, improve, enhance, ... .
